      Hi Paul,
Just wanted to say a big thanks for taking the time to drive the 5 hrs down to Swansea Tycoch College today, especially with your mrs being unwell.
I enjoyed your no nonsense explanation on the training pathways of further development within IET and it was especially interesting to hear your journey on how you arrived at this point in life.
Finally, id also like to say thanks again for demonstrating to me one to one, the EATON AFDD rig and also the disadvantages of Type AC RCD’s/ RCBO’s , It was also good to get your view on fitting separate SPD device built into DP isolation units externally (ie cut into meter tails) inline I believe is the correct term you used. The one I was telling you about earlier is made by FUSEBOX F1M2SPD and cost Β£62.50 Incl vat . So I think it is well with the price. Though Id be interested in your thoughts if you had any on said product. Maybe even a review if you do such things?
Oh before I close can I be cheeky to ask if I could get my hands on one of your e5 group badges ?
      Cheers in advance either way,
Lee (Level 3 cough, cough mature Apprentice)

I would very much like to join the E5 group. Helping support ethical practices and in some way help address the problems we all face being electricians, contractors and educators. Looking forward to showing off my badge of e5 than my scheme logos. Mark, Daylight Norfolk Conpany

Met paul on job at upminster train station last January, Blown away by him and what he and his fellew E5 guys are doing in the industry. Clearly far superior to me and my current knowledge as 13 year time served domestic and commercial installer but there passion and dedication is not only inspiring but also very inline with how i like to present myself in my work and that’s what has got me hooked on the podcasts and educational video ls produced by them. Certainly a wealth of knowledge that I’m grateful to them for sharing and its certainly been of help to me as I’ve moved employers and am now aiming to get on the management side of the firm and certainly secure a QS position to help raise the quality of work produced by some members of the team I’m in. Keep up the good work guys!

The e5 group have helped me up my game for the electrical industry. I’ve never heard a cpd before listening to you and now listen to many of your podcasts and take on as much cpd as possible. I will now to try and encourage others to look at what e5 are doing and take on more cpd for themselves. Keep up the good work!
